IRCTC Launches International Tour to “Blissful Bali” on November 15, 2024

Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd. (IRCTC), a “Mini Ratna” Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, known for managing catering and hospitality services across the Indian Railways, also has been promoting tourism, both domestically and internationally. An internation tour package titled "Blissful Bali" has been launched which caters to the increasing demand for international travel among Indian tourists.

The 4 nights and 5 days Blissful Bali tour will commence on November 15, 2024, with a flight from Delhi to Denpasar Airport, Bali, via Kuala Lumpur. The flight will be operated by Malindo Airlines. November marks Bali’s peak tourist season, known for its pleasant weather and vibrant atmosphere.

Throughout the tour, guests will stay in a 4-star hotel with daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided. A deluxe air-conditioned bus will be available for transportation, and an experienced guide (speaking both Hindi and English) will accompany the group throughout their stay in Bali. Travel insurance is included in the package.

One of the tour highlights is a visit to the Tanah Lot Temple, a revered sea temple dedicated to Bhatara Segara, the Sea God. According to local legend, a poisonous snake guards the temple, keeping it safe from evil spirits.

Day 1: Departure from Delhi to Bali on 15.11.2024.

Day 2: Arrival at Bali’s Denpasar Airport. Transit to 4-star hotel for freshening up and lunch. Post lunch visit to the Uluwatu Temple and enjoy a Kecak Dance performance.

The temple, built on a 70-meter-high cliff overlooking the ocean, dates back to the 11th century. The Kecak Dance, rooted in traditional Balinese Sanghyang dance, depicts a sacred story and invokes divine energies, entrancing the audience.

Day 3: Full-day Kintamani Tour, including a visit to the Ubud Coffee Plantation and the Royal Palace. Kintamani offers panoramic views of Mount Batur and its volcanic caldera, while Ubud’s Royal Palace is a historical landmark showcasing traditional Balinese arts and architecture.

Day 4: Bali Safari & Marine Park with Jungle Hopper Pass and a Sunset Dinner Cruise.

This safari park combines wildlife conservation with Balinese culture and houses various endangered species. The day ends with a luxurious sunset dinner cruise.

Day 5: Visit Turtle Island, known for its conservation efforts to protect endangered sea turtles.

Travelers can engage with the turtles, learn about conservation programs, and explore the island’s unique ecosystem.
