They avoid speaking to you
If your boss avoids speaking to you and having one-on-one conversation with you, it is a clear sign that they are not interested in having any sort of association with you. Their tendency to always keep the conversation cut to the chase with you is a marker of disrespect.

They don’t trust your work
If your boss aligns someone else to get your work done, it is a clear sign that they do not trust your abilities and capabilities and want somebody else to revisit your work. It is possible that they carry the impression about you that you make a lot of mistakes.
They delegate your work to someone else
If your boss delegates your work to someone else, reduces your workload and gives important tasks to other members in the team, it clearly suggests that they do not trust you with your work and they do not respect you for what you bring to the table.
