Bank of Maharashtra bags “Kirti Puraskar” – Highest award for Rajbhasha

Bank of Maharashtra a premiere public sector Bank in the country, bags “Kirti Puraskar", the highest award for Rajbhasha given by Ministry of Home Affairs, Govt. of India. Bank received the prestigious award in “Best House Magazine” category in a glittering ceremony on 14th September, 2024, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. Minister of Home Affairs and Co-operation Amit Shah were the chief guest of this programme.

Asheesh Pandey, Executive Director, Bank of Maharashtra received the award for “Best House Magazine” at the hands of Nityanand Rai, Minister of State for Home Affairs. During this ceremony, Harivansh Narayan Singh, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha and Ms. Anshuli Arya, Secretary (Official Language) were also present on the stage.

In this programme, Bank of Maharashtra’s General Manager Ms. Santosh Dular and Deputy General Manager Dr. Rajendra Shrivastava and other authorities were also present.

On this occasion, top executives and official language officers of various government offices, undertakings and banks across the country were also present in the event.
