Indian Naval Ship Shardul arrives in UAE

The Indian Naval Ship Shardul, part of the First Training Squadron of the Indian Navy, arrived at Port Mina Rashid, Dubai, UAE, on October 12, 2024, as part of its Long Range Training Deployment. This visit marks a significant milestone in strengthening maritime cooperation and fostering mutual understanding between India and UAE.

During its port call from October 12 to 16, 2024, Shardul is scheduled to engage in various activities designed to enhance maritime security and interoperability. These include harbour interactions and joint exercises including visit to the Naval Officers Training Academy and UAE Naval Ship.

Additionally, joint training sessions, yoga activities, and friendly sports fixtures will promote camaraderie and goodwill among naval personnel from both sides.

The visit is a celebration of the friendship, shared aspirations, and unwavering commitment to peace and security of India and UAE.
