Chasing a low target of 107, Nepal could not even put up a good fight as they kept on losing wickets regularly. Sakib registered a brilliant four-wicket haul as Nepal got bundled out for 85. Apart from him, Mustafizur Rahman scalped three wickets while Shakib Al Hasan took two wickets each. With this victory, Bangladesh became the second team from Group D, after South Africa to enter the Super 8s of the T20 World Cup 2024.
