A Pakistani-Korean couple – Sheral and Mason – is winning hearts on the internet with their wholesome content. The Korean husband has learned to speak and understand quite a bit of Hindi and tries his hand at making chai – an Indian/Pakistani style of tea. The chai-making video has gone viral on Instagram, clocking more than 25 million views. The video begins with Mason saying, "Kya aapko chai banana aati hai? Mujhe aati hai. [Do you know how to make chai? I do.]"
While there is nothing remarkable about the tea recipe, what makes this video so wholesome is Mason's adorable Hindi and the way he keeps seeking his wife's help to understand the recipe and the Hindi words to explain the process. From "doodh lubalo" (instead of "ubaalo") to taking out the tiniest amount of tea leaves when asked to add "thora aur," the video will leave you laughing long after it is over.
