1. Papaya Seeds

Instead of throwing away papaya seeds, use them to detoxify your liver. According to nutritionist Shewta J Panchal, papaya in itself is amazing for any kind of liver detox. Aside from the fruit and seeds, you can even use papaya leaves for liver health in general. The expert suggests roasting and toasting the papaya seeds and then grinding them into powder form. Consume it early morning empty stomach for 30 days and it will help you in liver detoxification.

2. Dinarcharya

The nutritionist suggests you fix your daily routine to detoxify your health. Start by waking up one hour before sunrise. Have your lunch between 12 pm to 1 pm, since your digestive capacity is at its peak. Aim to have your dinner before 7 pm, and sleep by 10 pm. This can help detoxify your liver and keep it healthy.

3. Fasting

We all know that the liver is a strong and resilient organ. No matter how much you eat, this organ helps in digesting everything. But, as per nutritionist Panchal, if you keep eating without giving your liver time to reset, it will not have time to work on itself. To prevent this, provide the liver with some kind of downtime by fasting at least once a week. This will give your liver time to detox and support a healthy overall functioning.
